        Bad service, rude and not willing to help. Would recommend chase on Fruitvale & McArthur. Worth the extra 2 min drive.

        I don't recommend coming here. Bad customer service, long lines, and more I don't recommend coming here, if this is your everyday bank you should change.

        i had to pull into the handicap for one moment while i waited for a person to buckle up and move, when the chase old black lady security guard comes out and tell me "get the fuck on, you can't park there". how rude and explicit, had no reason to speak to me in that way. what a ghetto old lady, she needs to retire talking to customers that way.
