Green On The Go Cannabis Delivery

The first delivery service I ever used and honestly the best. I live in the North Bay and Green on the Go was one of the only companies that carried my favorite tincture, but I wasn't sure they'd deliver this far north. I texted with one of their staff members, and he was chill as hell. He drove up here without issue (for a minimum order price, of course: I think I had to buy 2 bottles at a time) and delivered, even during the pandemic. I have nothing but great things to say about Green on the Go and their employees. I highly recommend them and strongly encourage tipping your delivery drivers.

GO ELSEWHERE THAT CARES! Before you read my review please note that I have worked in this industry for 3 years, so maybe my standard of service is a bit higher, but I was left dumbfounded by my experience here I will try to shorten it for your benefit. So many issues I dont even know where to begin -They seem to just copy and paste strain genetics, I found several products with the wrong information. This is more forgivable than all the rest, but it is just the beginning of the misinformation however -A manager told me over the phone that they post ALL batch dates, when in reality there are almost NONE. Also some are incorrect :/ now this leads me into my main issue 1. Purchased bud that was labeled as a FRESH DROP, yet it turned out to be 11 months old (I dont usually ask for refunds, but seeing as they completely misadvertised their product.) 2. When I asked for a refund, I was berated, and even made fun of, when I only purchased because of how i was misled by what they posted (I purchased this flower due to their misinformation) 3. I was very patient and just wanted to talk to the owner about all the problems I saw, but after several attempts, and over a week of waiting, I was blocked by this dispensary. Dang, I guess the truth hurts. Honestly I get that its just easier for you to bury these things, I mean who wants to deal with the guy trying to return flower anyways? Long story short, if you are smart, maybe order from these guys during the 20% day. Anything else they really dont deserve your money, and youre taking a risk either way. I know they say buyer beware, but dang, seller get your advertising right. Go get real customer service somewhere else
