        Writing this review from my new phone that was helpfully upgraded by the folx here! This is the second upgrade at this location and it has been easy both times. This time i was mainly helped by Osa, who is very courteous, knowledgeable and warm. He gave me all the options without it being overwhelming and made sure everything was set to go. I had good interactions with the other staff there as well who give individual attention to customers and help each other out. Good experience!
