No more because the system doesn't let me give ZERO STARS BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT YOU DESERVE...I had with farmers for more than 14 years, I never had any problems, they always responded well, my nightmare began when I made the big mistake of changing my agent's name. This agent is Mariana games, nothing professional. Before contacting this agent, look for other options. She sent my wife to collection. At first, I received a charge of $$6,834.85 and I asked this person what was happening, why did I receive this charge on her own? She said it's a mistake I'm going to fix it from $6834.83 under $3000. I still spoke with this person the same thing. She said it's a mistake I'm going to fix it from $3000 under $1,404.85. She said I don't know why farmers are charging you. I'm fixing this and months passed and I was confident. I didn't care about this person and I left him. My surprise was that I received one. collection letter farmers sent me to collection. And I contacted farmers and spoke to the Texas offices and they told me that my agent never spoke to solve that problem, I had to pay that money all because of THIS PERSON'S LIES...whatever I'm going for, be careful not to fall for people who are not trained could be very EXPENSIVE

I saw a lot of positive comments so I decided to call them... at first they didn't answer me because maybe they were busy so I left my information, then they called me so a young man answered me and I left him my information about me and the cars I want assure and said that he would call me in 15 minutes, well it was up to an hour later to which I could not answer, I called again and this time a woman answered to which I told her that they had already taken my information so she told me that Ok, he would call me in 15 minutes because it's been 3 hours, I called again and no one answered so I left my information so they could call me again; it's already 5 o'clock no one answered me... terrible customer service.

Why would you vandalize my car like this? The flyer is stuck to my windshield and wipers like a sticker, as if it was glued down. Additionally, receptionist had a very unprofessional attitude when I called.
