I have had such a horrible experience with this company. To start they kept calling and insisting they wer a rep from the union and that they wanted to explain about some of the programs the union offered. So finally my husband and I make time and it was such a fast paced zoom. On March 11th We had Jiovanna as our rep and she was friendly and all but very persistent on we had to get an insurance plan even tho we told her we already had 1. After being pretty much forced into getting the cheapest plan, she pretty much also forced us to leave a positive review for her and would not send the docusign papers untill i left the positive feedback. ( im assuming all these positive reviews are fake aswell) I was lagging on leaving a comment because i wanted to complete the appointment to give my honest review. She kept asking if i already had posted it when i replied no she said she was having problems sending the documents, as soon as i hit post, she instantly said okay I sent the papers to sign. Now its been almost 1 month, they already took out the 1st payment right away but i yet to have the package of papers sent to me, the same way the company takes the $ right out for them, i want to have full access to all the benefits the insurance has to offer. I text her 2 weeks after the appointment to ask about the packet she said it should be on its way, a week later still nothing i messaged her again asking if she could call me so we can just cancel and she still has not responded. Ive called and nobody will answer, im hoping this post will help anyone who is thinking about working with them to think twice, and really call there union to make sure its not a scam. Im still working with my bank to investigate if fraud or not.
