The staff was friendly and I get customer service rules, but I knew what I wanted and simply needed to pay. It would have been nice to have quicker means to purchase as walk in customer.

The staff was very frustrating as they have no clue what their policies are and the female that helped had a very aggressive attitude. I strongly suggest customer service training for them all.

Xfinity is a joke of a company. It is impossible to work with if you have any issues. Canceled service, and they called 96 times with spam calls. Went to the xfinity store, and they told me they would charge me to drop equipment off in their own store. Save yourself the hassle and pick a different provider
