Tess Blengino and Barry Bennet of Wells & Bennett Realtors did a truly amazing job helping us sell our family's house in Piedmont Pines. We could not have made a better choice of realtors, and highly recommend them. Our whole family now lives out of state. Preparing the house for sale was a task well beyond what we could manage from a distance. The preparation for sale included inspection reports, interior design, kitchen remodeling, electrical and plumbing work, some deferred maintenance, new flooring, painting, tree trimming, landscaping, staging, and showing. There were many decisions to be made, and contractors' work to arrange and oversee. Tess maintained constant contact with us every step of the way. She played a crucial role in daily project management, securing the services of well-qualified contractors, as well as scheduling and coordinating all their work. Tess and Barry both provided well-informed advice, tireless logistical assistance, and checked with us about all relevant decisions. Barry also helped tremendously, especially regarding some important strategic decisionshe is a deep well of knowledge and expertise. Tess and Barry knew exactly how to describe and show the property. I am so happy that my brother and I decided to go with Tess to sell my Moms house! My Moms house needed a lot of work to get it ready for sale. There were multiple contractors that needed to be coordinated to get all the work done. Tess and Barry, the broker, did an amazing job not only coordinating the work, but also finding contractors who could do the work (which was challenging due to the current high demand). They knew exactly what things needed to be done to increase the homes value without unnecessary investment. We felt very comfortable putting the house in their competent hands. Tess was in constant contact with us during this whole process so that we always knew what was happening at the house. At the end, the house was totally transformed based on their recommended changes and ready for sale in record time. Tess exceeded my expectations!
