        Situated in the middle of Oakland without anything exceptional but THE FOOD. They have the best burgers I've ever had (and I'm close to the definition of carnivore) the owner is friendly, simple, and really cares about the quality of the food he serves. The only real limit is the location and the fact that there's only one person handling everything by himself with almost no help at all making this place less popular than it should be.
