Before I had decided to sell my property, I had questions about taking out a loan for a big home repair. Wes came highly recommended to my husband and me as we began searching for homes in the Bay area. This was no ordinary move for us. This would be our third time purchasing a home, but this time, we would be doing so from across the country, with two young children and a dog in tow. Wes was up for the task. Being established home-owners and, dare I say, on the older side, we knew what we would need to be comfortable and to accommodate our family and visitors - many bedrooms, a spacious interior and a welcoming exterior, office space, a nice kitchen, updated features, a good school district, diversity, safety... all within a certain price point. Anyone living in the Bay area knows that these features are not so easy to come by, unless you are ready to shell out funds galore. Wes took the time to let us know about the many neighborhoods in the Bay. On the two occasions we were were able to visit in person, he drove us all over to visit homes and neighborhoods so we could get a feel for everything, even though we weren't quite yet ready to buy. When the time came for us to finally purchase, Wes would visit the homes we were interested in, face-timing us and really making sure the house was up to the standards we expected. Once we found the house we loved, Wes ensured all the requirements were handled in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the purchase feel through, not to any fault of Wes, and we were heartbroken. Wes was there to offer his support and encouragement, letting us know that we would be in our perfect home in no time. Just a few short weeks later, he was right. We found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood, with the spacious interior and welcoming exterior, great schools, diversity - everything we were hoping for and more. My family is grateful for ALL the time he dedicated to us and this process. Moving across the country, with children no less, is stressful.
