My wife and I acting on behalf of my Mother in Law engaged Mark to help with the renting of her property in Concord, CA. The property is an Eichler home and while its unique aspects can be an advantage it also requires a knowledgeable, experienced and professional realtor to market it properly. Mark marketed the property widely, held open houses and kept us well informed every step of the way. We now have a settled long term tenant at a fair market price. I cannot recommend Mark enough! As first time homebuyers in the Bay Area during a confusing market, Mark was amazing to work with. Kind, calm, professional, responsive, efficient, helpful...I could go on and on. He went out of his way to help us feel comfortable during the process, to help us strategize (but never in a pushy way!), and to help us find a great home for our needs. We have heard horror stories from friends about realtor experiences and have no clue what they mean - our experience with Mark was as pleasant and stress-free as it could have been and we will be recommending him to everyone we know for years to come!

Mark was absolutely incredible. He listens well and gives great advice, and doesn't just try to push you into a house you can't afford to raise his own commission. He really holds to a high standard that keeps his clients' interests first. And, he's genuinely a fun person to work with!

This was our first time selling a home, and we were nervous. Mark was so supportive and easy to work with. He made the process as stress-free as it could be, talking through timelines and realistic costs, and connecting us to quality service people (painter, floor repairs, staging) along the way to get the house ready for sale. He's knowledgable, patient, and responsive. The process was very quick. He got our house on the market within 2-3 weeks, and then sold after the first weekend of open houses. When we got to the point where we needed to choose between offers, his organization and guidance helped us make an intentional decision. Through the close of our sale, Mark let us know what to look out for, and kept us up-to-date frequently. We would recommend Mark in a heartbeat to someone looking to sell their home in the East Bay.
