The Brick was exactly what we wanted! Easy check in/out, great location, fun restaurant and bar right onsite! We didnt get a balcony room, but we will next time. Bed was heavenly, shower was nice and even had a plant in the window! Was our room small? Yes, but we knew it would be when we chose it so thats not a complaint! Two nightstands, TV, clothes hanging area-we didnt need anything more.
Walkability: We were there for two days/nights and didnt use our car once! Lots of nearby food and drinks, plus the beach and pier!

Beautiful place to stay, small building but I love the design and how big the room I was.
There's a lot of places to go to unwind, bars at the bottom floor, the bar and restaurant at their rooftop is closed on Monday but next time I come back with my kiddos.
The pier is so close and walking distant, only thing is the parking it's also 2 blocks walk but it's not that far for me.
The hotel front desk was so warm and friendly, she even offered to help me with my luggage going to my room.
Over all, I would definitely come back here again

Loved the brick! So cute and centrally located. Also loved both bars they offered. The cocktails were great and service was great!

Well done boutique hotel in the heart of Oceanside. This property relies on Airbnb and technology to check people in and get them settled. All in all a very pleasurable experience not unlike what you would find in downtown New York City. There is some noise that bleeds between the rooms but still a very comfortable place to stay.

The Brick Hotel was a great pick for me and my boyfriend! We were out on vacation and stayed in a balcony suite. The location of the hotel was convenient and comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere and barley put a dent in our gas! The only thing was the curtains in the room didnt give good coverage against the sun in the morning making the room super bright, and if your looking to get sleep early at night and your on the 3rd floor, the music from the bar upstairs wont help that very much. Definitely a recommend stay for adults 21 and up, me and my bf were only 20 so we couldnt really join in the bar upstairs but the tv had plenty of things to browse through like Hulu, Netflix, etc.. Other than that the stay was great and I would definitely return if I ever decide to revisit Oceanside Cali!
