I am basing this 5 star review on the Staff. They seem knowledgeable and very friendly. I can't say anything else because we were only there for an Appraisal. 2/1/2023 2ND VISIT -DAMAGE BUMPER : took my car to get my front bumper replaced and again they did one amazing job. I'm so happy my car looks like new. a shoutout to KENDRICK !! he always keeps me inform of my car and provided me with updated !! you rock!!! thanks somuch for all the great service and all the staff the front office lady is so sweet and friendly ALL THE STAFF IS AMAZING and my car looks great!!!. 5***** THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME IF YOU NEED REPAIR SERVICES FOR YOUR VEHICLE!! THANK YOU AGAIN 100% recommend this place !! I got into a car accident and after calling so many place I was so lucky to find Service King Collision this review is based on my personal experience. First I was desperate and upset because of my accident. My first contact was RAUL,. the nicest person that helped me through out the entire process helping me get my car in and quickly into the shop to get repair, they make the process so easy and everyone in that office is nice and friendly and HONEST!! THEY explained step by step and they keep you informed by texts and calling you to give you updates AMAZING PLACE AND MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW they fixed the front and back bumper and other other areas. the service is amazing.
