Vaz, the owner, came in 30 minutes to assess work to be completed after quite a bit of water damage. He had up to date equipment to test walls base boards and ceilings. Hes a professional, good communicator and competent in what he does. Quick response and hard worker. Thorough and detail oriented which we needed in our home. Really knows all about damage and repair. Very satisfied, I recommend him highly.

Where shall I begin with the praise I have for Vaz and his entire team? After serious water damage to my home, Vaz of Water Restoration made the recovery process as smooth and easy as I could have possibly imagined. On the day of the flood, I called Water Restoration, Vaz answered and said hed come in 30 minutes and 30 minutes it was. He reassured me, in a way that gave me great confidence, that he could help. Later that day, he called to see how I was doing emotionally. A genuinely compassionate man. He started the process right away and everyone on his team was truly outstanding in terms of the quality of their workmanship and their professionalism. They were a pleasure to have working in my home. When they said they be there on a certain day and time, they arrived at exactly that time. A rarity in this industry. And Vaz always followed up to see how the project was progessing. The finished product is better than I dreamed of and, believe it or not (for a renovation), I actually have pleasant memories of the process and the great people who worked on my home. And I look forward to enjoying the beautiful finished product.

I highly recommend Water Tech Restoration and Mitigation - Vaz and his team were amazing! We had a pipe burst just as a holiday weekend started, and Vaz came out almost immediately (on that weekend) for a free consultation. He and his team did great work, plus Vaz guided us through the entire process, helping us find and coordinate with additional subcontractors, helping us with our insurance claim, and helping ease our stress overall. I'm so glad I trusted the many 5-star reviews they've received, and am happy to add yet another one. They deserve it!

Vas and his team were excellent they were able to show up same day and identify a mold issue we were having with the baseboards in the bathroom fortunately with how fast they responded the mold did not spread anywhere else highly recommend these guy!
