        Jor-Jean has been nothing but a major headache to deal with. She is never helpful and whenever I call she is very hostile. I have attempted to try and deal with it but it has gotten out of hand. She shouldnt be able to treat clients however she pleases. When letting her know she has not been helpful, instead of apologizing she said to go ahead and switch agents. So thats exactly what I recommend doing. Either searching for a different agent or switching insurance companies.
