Walmart Pharmacy

If I could give them a zero. Terrible customer service. Got no help. Just lies on top of lies & a bunch of excuses. Do not get your prescription filled here. Horrible service! Tried for 2 weeks & no answers, no help.

I went to pick up my prescription for the first time in this branch , since this is the closest one . The woman in the counter asked me about my health insurance. I did told her that I'm going to elk grove and moved here my info should be on the system she insisted unable to find in the system, which impossible, I told her she must be doing wrong bec i picking up all my injection monthly for how many yes. I called the eg pharmacy and bec of poor signal outside went to store get all the info and came back again to the line. Provided all the info now she is still asking me for my insurance card which i already said i do not have it. and asked me which number of the store this is almost 0800pm,she doesn't ask for store number when I first came, after all what happened she is rolling her eyes and you can tell to he body movement that she is on fire , bec I asked her u have the phone beside you , why don't you call them and ver. she called and she insisted i gave her wrong number, I just spoke to them they might be close but its impossible its wrong number , The pharmacist whisper to her go check the ssn # then she found my ins info, I asked her if i can be find in my ssn why not asked me for that in the very beginning i went to the line 3 times, Her reply mam i do not want to argue with you with hand in my face, I reply I'm not arguing I'm asking.this woman doesn't know what she is doing aside from that when she cannot find me on the system she even asked me if Im in medical. The worst pharmacy i ever went to and bec of this I'm staying to my previous pharmacy never ever again go to this Walmart in rancho Cordova ca

miserable experience the employee has no mercy they treat people as they are going to buy it for me horrible place l will never go back to rancho Cordova Walmart pharmacy ......................... -20000 CUSTOMER SERVCE
