Regular turnover of staff. Each time a new staff member takes over, you get different information than before (and then new charges). Arranged with my prior representative to complete the year end work and pay the charges. Then that representative is gone, the new representative says that things were done wrong by the prior, and I get charged $560 to re-do what the prior representative supposedly did wrong. After several years of turnover, enough was enough especially given the extra charges. We took our corporation to a new plan administrator and we are very glad we did.

This company did not help my busy medical practice at all.  They like to pretend they are there for their clients but when it really counts they would rather terminate their association with you than help you solve issues.  Don't trust them and avoid them.  If you really want details before you give them the trust for your pension of your devoted employees please contact me.  Bottom-line is when it hits the fan they did not take care of business.

Another disappointed customer. Group is unorganized and not very responsive to customer needs. They are very poor at explaining how their plans work and will NEVER provide clear documentation (except for legal disclosures). They have confused our staff for several years.  They have no desire to improve customer engagement or address a clients' business challenges. Some of the reviews backdate nearly 10 years... read carefully.

Lots of employee turnover.  Been a client there over 8 years.  Should have left much sooner.  People don't seem happy working there, and their work shows.  Mistake prone.  People not communicating.  Very good at shirking responsibilities.Disappointing...
