        I had a positive experience at Crown Honda when I encountered an issue with a vehicle I had purchased three months ago from Auto West (another dealership in Redding). Despite the lack of disclosure from Bill and Dan at Auto West regarding a recall on the vehicle, the team at Crown Honda went above and beyond to assist me.         I wanted a safety inspection on my 2002 accord and they Dont work on anything older then 2014 its there company policy, I called two other hondas in different counties and they said thats strange they work on every year Honda. Dont recommend Redding Honda
