We were looking forward to getting our new closet bypass doors and two 10 lite exterior doors for our house the sales rep wrote up the estimate right there, also included a cash discount. We contacted her the next day to give her the thumbs up and she said shed get our contract written up, but instead later that day sent us an email tripling the cost of the two 10 lite doors, saying her boss didnt agree with the type of door she quoted us, and would not sell us those. Her new estimate went from three thousand to eight thousand - with roughly same discount and she did not include labor this time, not sure why not.. (would have estimate change again when she realized that??) At this point we werent interested and felt very mislead. I replied to second estimate saying - Wow-huge difference. No thank you. The only response I received was an attachment unsure what it was, it just said exterior door and lifetime warranty- and I had to figure out it was maybe their internal estimate? Not happy, no apology, felt like I was very mislead. Unfortunately to think all I really wanted was the closet doors updated the exterior doors where a while you are here, can you please give estimate too - dont think we can trust what they are doing. Bummed.

What an easy experience! We contacted HomeStory and they sent a great sales rep to help us pick out the door and hardware. They ordered the custom door: it took about two months to come in. As soon as it came in, they called to schedule the install for the next business day. The install team was great! They were on time, very friendly, very fast and detail oriented. Our new door looks wonderful and works perfectly, thank you HomeStory!

Awesome experience! The door is beautiful and the guys who came to do the work were enjoyable. They did a wonderful job but also kept us entertained! :) One even fixed my bathroom door! Great guys and great experience overall.
