        Even when you have an existing policy with this agency, it is very difficult to reach anyone on the phone and they do not return calls. Corresponding in email is slightly better but they still do not support homeowners with timely response or documents requested. If you are fine just sending a black-hole money for your insurance with no support, this is the company for you.
