Wow I read all the excellent comments and thank you on her review page. I will give her and her team lower than one star if it would be there. She and then Guy named Dean from Guild mortgage and Cresleigh Representative Ryan Coates deserve some serious legal law suit. Her numbers while finding me loan would change and hourly . She promised me getting first time loan buyer assistance program not knowing basics requirements. Waisted 6 months. Then Dean maths was worse then 5th grader he promised me CalDHA and later said he mis calculated. Then he aid Golden state assistance program he miserably failed and and got frustrated and blamed us and left us know where. Lori made me take out loan from my HELOC on 9 percent rate from zero to 3 percent to end up paying 10 percent from my HELOC and pocket. Still in final disclosure my monthly payment got increased by 210 dollars which we agreed and wanted to move forward upon. And left me in the middle of no where. After my 47000 wired and my existing home renting contract signed! Her pressure to perform in direct threat and false call to Builder saying I dont wana move forward but actually she miscalculated PMI while she was showing me numbers by over 200 dollars. After all this happened she said she is tired and putting her words in my mouth if I dont wana move forward I should cancil loan and lose my deposit and Ryan was doing the same kind of threats that I would lose my money. I meant to say they never were truthful in entire transaction and it felt after I signed paper workwoek and after buying I am not hapoy at all with home. Poor cratft man work . There is visible gap between tiles and side board in entire house. Dish washer is not working already. I am so pissed and unhappy. And their paperwork were made up as well they added stairs hand rail and could not find our paperwork which we signed that we wer not interest in railing but pony wall but they said they cant do anything we have to take it like that. They said incentive amount was 25000 but I was given only 19000 that is another fraud and cheating. Never got appraisal report. Was never explained or even talked about supplemental bill. Looking into possible law suit if time money and good lawyer found. Will never recommend and will announce and make sure no one in my circle read my note above before even they think to buy Cresleigh homes and to deal with there preferred landers and crew.
