I recently had the pleasure of having my kitchen cabinets painted by Trico Painting. The company delivered exceptional service from start to finish. The painters were punctual, courteous, and incredibly meticulous with their work. The quality of the paint job is outstanding, with a flawless finish that has rejuvenated the entire kitchen space. The attention to detail was evident, as there were no drips, no streaks, and the edges were all perfectly straight. I have used Trico paining 3 times in the last 20 years. Twice they painted my exterior and 1 time the interior. Always, Tims crews are prompt, thorough, polite and helpful. Tim is good about returning calls and working out details and questions I might have concerning paint quality, colors and durability. Another 5 Star review for Trico Painting. Chon and crew did a Fantastic job painting our oak cabinets to white. Their sand and prep, prime, sand, prime again before painting left just a touch of grain that we really like. We were amazed at how they masked everything off indoors to spray the frames and island, and built a spray booth in the garage that vented outdoors. GREAT crew!

Just ok. Their rep Marcus was very friendly and easy to work with. He listened to my needs and helped walk me through all of my questions, which I appreciated. He was sometimes a little hard to get a hold of, but he's client facing all day so understandable. They do have a longer warranty than other painters, which is a plus. The paint crew leader, Guadalupe was great very knowledgeable and a hard worker. The rest of the crew, left something to be desired. Throughout the project I was checking on the progress. There were lots of missed areas, especially top trims on windows. I ended up using a ladder to check all of our windows, and some I just fixed myself. Our siding is wood and the bottom edges were never sprayed by them. I've gone back and done a lot of it myself by hand. I did have them come back out to fix a few things and the guy sent out just did sloppy work. Rushed through the asks, painted right over chipped paint instead of scraping it and then painting. There are still some spots I need them to come back out and fix, they insisted they were imperfections in the wood, but I checked and nope, it's paint bubbles and chip/peeling paint. The crew was messy throughout the process, lots of trash everywhere. There was a good amount of overspray on our plants and dirt against the foundation. The project was very rushed at the end, which didn't sit well with me. A wood siding house just takes more time, I wish they had taken that into account. Marcus did want to ensure I was satisfied with the job, so that's nice. But, the more time i've had to look over the paint job the more issues I have seen and just handled myself to save on trying to schedule with Trico.
