I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service throughout the entire process. He was very patient with me while choosing window coverings; coming to my house many times. Pricing was transparent and great value. His communication was seamless. His installation of shutters, auto shades,vertical blinds and roll downs are stunning! Five star, highly recommend!

Because of the lighting from the phone/camera, I dont think the photos show the true beauty. That said, I absolutely recommend them. With so many quotes and options out there, it is hard (and almost impossible) to find quality people at a reasonable rate. Well, Sean checks both requirements. He is passionate, honest, well-prepared, and knowledgeable. I had at least five other consultations before choosing, and I know I made the best choice.

Just had Scott and Sean from Jackye's Drapery come through to install some window coverings and I am very pleased with the entire business arrangement from start to finish. Sean (owner) gave my wife and I a consultation and took his time to explain why certain offerings were better than others. We were not looking for the cheapest solution. But we weren't looking for the most expensive either. We were looking for value. Sean's consultation helped us see this. Sean had found the balance between taking time to answer our questions and not bog us down and waste our time. We ended up choosing Norman Shutters and Shades for all 11 windows. After the consultation, follow ups were responded to quickly and efficiently. They proactively kept us in the loop while our product was being manufactured and shipped. Once the window coverings arrived, installation was scheduled quickly. Scott came in for installation with Sean coming later. Scott worked and moved in such a way that shows he knows what he's doing. He was also considerate as I was in the middle of a zoom meeting during the install. More importantly he made sure he didn't make a mess inside my house as he brought all his equipment in. It was raining pretty good outside. While Scott was working Sean corrected and added trim to a previously installed window shutter. Made it look 1000 times better. Very happy with the installation. Their main guy in question exuded an unconventional demeanor, creating an atmosphere of discomfort in my interactions with him. His unpredictable nature gave rise to a sense of unease, as if he had the potential to react abruptly at any moment.
