Called in to ask some questions about fire rated dampers for a project. The gentleman answering the phone was very rude from the get go and two questions in condescending mentioned that hes on the phone with a client and he cant help me. How about put me on hold or grab my number and call me back? Its called customer service. Must have been a warehouse guy filling in for the real sales person.

I wish they had a zero option. The person answering the phones should be fired. This man was rude and asked if was even qualified to buy such supplies.

After getting the run around from most vendors in the greater sac area. Despite not having the best relationship with the company I currently work for. Steve took a chance on me and gave me quote in less than hour. This was greatly appreciated. Huge Thank you.
