        Very quick and easy move in process, Alex was great to work with and was very accommodating! Definitely would recommend the mod for anyone looking to move to midtown/downtown.

        If you decide to book an air bnb there it will be $45.62 a day to park your vehicle in their parking lot. That was the deal breaker for me.

        I've been here for a few months already and I enjoy it. The apartment, location, and staff are great! I appreciate Steve and Alex always being able to answer any questions I may have. This apartment is amazing. I advise you.

        New and modern units with amazing on-site amenities like a functional gym, social lounge, and valet trash. The apartment offers an on-site parking lot and also has a lot of street parking compared to other apartments in Downtown. Applying and move-in day was simple. Steve and Alex are friendly and great to work with. They are quick to respond to all questions and really maintain a great atmosphere here!

        My experience with the Mod and moving in has been nothing short of they best experience with and apartment community that Ive hadSteve has gone above and beyond to assure my move in and the process in itself was nothing but the best and I am extremely grateful for him aloneI love the community and how quiet and clean it isEven down to the social events that take place once a month to give the residents a chance to get familiar with one anotherLove it here so much, every day I come home Im so happy I chose this place and its worth every pennyIf you want something modern, cozy and clean this is the place for you look no further
