        The customer services are great but through the repair services, they didn't have all the parts to get the service done within the time frame. They should have inspect their work before they return the car back to me. It is inconvenience for me to have to take the car back to the shop to correct the repair again.

        Caliber Collision was my BEST decision.They turned a bad situation into a pleasant situation. My car looks like NEW. The staff was friendly, I loved how the text messages kept me updated on the progress. Hope I never have to see them again, but if I do, I know my car will be, VERY WELL, TAKEN CARE OF.
