        God Afternoon , when I visited I experienced major difficulties finding the building while coming from Watt. Ave. Staff seemed rushed and unconcerned about this citizens needs. Staff member Angelice Ferrell was cordial , professional and Immediately came to address me when I inquired about speaking to Mr. Jay King. Mr. King though busy treated me with courtesy and respect. I wasn't able to get any help with my situation involving SERA Program.
