        Took them my external hard drive for data recovery. They opened my hard drive and further damaged the inside heads to my drive making the data unrecoverable. When I tool my hard drive to another data recovery company, they told me that there was all types of fingerprints and scratches on the disc heads from the Computer Guys! DO NOT take your equipment to them! They only care about the money

      We DID NOT Charge you for any data Recovery. Also, we told you before since the head stock and scratched your hard drive there is not much chances to recover your data, but you insisted to do this!
