    Although they have a very nice looking office, I experienced their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for their client first hand. When they overcharged us over $200, I was extremely patient, respectful and forgiving. I am the type of person to avoid conflict and confrontation and I never like to ruin a relationship over money. So I rarely called them to even follow up on it, only about once a month or so. They kept blaming delta dental, my insurance for why they hadnt reimbursed me. I was never rude nor disrespectful in any communications I had with them. But one of the staff was rude and disrespectful to me. Condescending in fact. And had made a comment that Dr. Embark could EASILY just write me a check. And she had a rude tone after almost a year of me following up on the $200 plus refund. So after finally refunding me, I wrote Dr. Embark a POLITE letter, letting her know my experience. Her response? Basically a letter stating she wanted to end our dentist/client relationship. Not only with me but with my entire family , including my adult son who had NOTHING to do with this. Which I had already made that decision before even receiving her letter, due to how poorly they treated me and dealt with what should have been a simply issue to fix. Fast forward a few years later, my son goes to our current dentist for an exam recently, and they told him that a crown that Dr. Enmark put in was not good, and that he should go back to her to have it fixed/replaced. Her response? She will no longer service him due to a previous situation with his mom. Really? I did absolutely nothing but request a refund for something they overcharged me for. And I was exceptionally kind and patient while waiting almost an entire year for them to resolve the issue/reimburse me. To this day, I have never been rude or disrespectful towards her or her staff. But in fact, it was the other way around. Adrianna I believe was the name of the staff that had a very disrespectful attitude towards me. The one who condescendingly said that Dr. Enmark could easily write me a check. If that was the case though, Im wondering why it took almost a year for them to reimburse me for something that I paid up front, and should have never been charged for in the first place? Most practices would just reimburse the money, that was never due, without blaming the insurance company for it, and stating that they had to wait to get paid by the insurance company first. Delta dental has NEVER taken that long to pay for a service that happened about 10 months prior. Before this incident, they always seemed very nice. But true excellent customer service (or even acceptable for that matter) is how nice you are when your customer has an issue, ESPECIALLY when that issue is a result of your error. And ESPECIALLY when that client was always patient and respectful towards you.

    I love this practice. Dr. Enmark is my dentist and she and her entire staff are amazing service and care providers. They are efficient and yet never make me feel rushed or like Im not a priority. If youre nervous about seeing a dentist, these ladies will ease all your fears!

    Despite my apprehension with going to the dentist, as do most people, these guys are great and make things as comfortable as possible. Ive had a couple of bigger jobs done there recently. Where as most times in the past elsewhere, I would be extremely hesitant to go back, I am at ease each time I return knowing it will be smooth sailing.
