Unfortunately, Larry has passed away and there is another owner and the customer service that we had come to expect seems to be something that died along with Larry.  Jessica came to our house to see some of the flooring that they installed that after 3 years had cracked.  She said she would get back to us and we have heard crickets.  Called several times, left messages and still nothing.

Great great service with Carlos a sales associate in Fresno California I had no idea what I was doing he stepped up gave me suggestions and at the end of our shopping gave me a total on his cell phone and I didn't even need to go to the register to get a grand total great great job Carlos thank you once again I'm going back to get my flooring because of him who's ever in Fresno ask for Carlos specifically great customer service

Jessica was incredible to work with and kept close contact with us through out the whole process and the installers were amazing and their work was amazing. This company was a joy to work with. I will tell family and friends about them. Thanks again Floors and More.

Always closed even tho google says their open until 5pm ugh annoying! And no one ever answers the phone smh guess Ill have to go else where. They should really take their listing off google at this point if they dont wanna sell flooring anymore just saying its inconvenient.

Jessica is very nice, but it is very frustrating to look up the business hours and go to the store on Tuesday to see that it closed. Apparently their hours of operations was never updated because when I called to try to schedule an appointment to which I am told that I can come in anytime during their hours of operations, and that they are now closed on Tuesdays.Now today, I made sure they were open, and now the store is closed because the only employee has to go out to do measurements. I dont think it should be this difficult to get samples. And I will be taking my business to anywhere else that could provide service.
