I love the (new to me) team at Allstate. Winnie was my original agent and has since retired from her old office. She will definitly be missed. Thep is my new agent, who's awesome. He handled a situation for me previously over the phone with honesty, integrity, and swiftness. From that situation, it led me to another new agents, Natalie and Aurora. Both were professional, well informed, and friendly. All my questions were answered and my situation taken care of. I've dealt with a lot of agents before and Natalie stood out to me. She was patient, energetic and knowledgeable every step of the way. She is ALWAYS professional, reliable, patient and available on short notice to answer your calls, texts and emails. She is an expert in her field and a delightful person, with integrity and a great sense of humor. I highly recommend her for all your insurance endeavors. Thank you all.

This office is great! They really prioritize their customers and their needs. The employees will help you out with anything you need. Answer all questions and just make you feel comfortable. Aurora was the employee that helped me out and i must say i was impressed. She is patient and has an incredible personality alongside with het knowledge. If you need help with anything or start new with all state, please get Aurora. Thank you!
