        10/10 assistance from beginning to end. Their staff is so knowledgeable and helpful and they kept me informed from beginning to end (thank you, Aimee!) I also had an invoicing error and John fixed it for me almost immediately. My small claims case has been so emotionally taxing on me, and River City made it just a little easier to handle. So grateful and highly recommend their services!

        UPDATE 12/19/23: Use at own risk. Gave address for service, but told service could not be provided AFTER payment was accepted. Business is all about service to addresses. Check addresses before accepting payment. Lesson learned on my part. ORIGINAL POST: Paid for URGENT Service. Was told 6 attempts, but only one was done. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. PERIOD.

      Mrs. Dowling forgets to mention that after 1 attempt the service address was proven invalid. She is frustrated that she was asked to pay for locating services and for attempts at a new address. Service is not guaranteed and is always based on the customers instructions. We did not provide the address for service...the customer did.
