Helen Wong went above and beyond the job description. She would reply to our e-mails, texts, calls and answer any questions we had during our first home buying process. Before contacting Helen we tried to work with 3 other agents whom didnt respond to our calls were rude and racist; one of those realtors even insulted me saying, that is why our people dont advance, because of your questions and not having an education. -Elisban Gonzales. Not knowing that I have a college degree, wonder if he has one. Helens patience, customer service skills were exceptional and would definitely work with her, her company and team again in the future.

My real estate agent, Miss Helen Wong, is someone that I can trust totally, first of all, great presence, a fabulous communicator, with total knowledge of what she is doing, always helping with extra things, and offering all the support that we need when were buying a property, being something so emotional shes always available and someone that I can always trust, you dont need things in writing with her she always follow what she says, and has respect of herself and all of us.
