I was blown away. She brought real market metrics to our initial zoom conversation. The package she offers is worth it's weight in gold and her rate was less than any other realtor I've used. I even tried to offer another half point, that's how impressed I was before we even went live. Communication was top tier. Her team was there for everything. We don't live in the Sacramento area, and never had to go once. She did it all while we were in another state. We listed at her recommend price and sold in a week, with multiple offers. Literally the best experience I've ever had in real estate transactions. We had tenants. Her team worked out everything. Notices, tenants compensation package, scheduled walk throughs, showings, appraisals, and inspections. She communicated with the tenants in a way that made them feel cared for as to ensure a smooth transition. You must, I repeat must give her a shot at selling your property. She will absolutely blow your mind from initial meeting to closing. 11/10.
