I was intimidated by all the numbers and legalities .I didnt know what to expect. I felt supported and protected iIt came out great and all my tax fears are over. Ty tax family ! Set up for consult. No showed. The consult was by phone any they know it. Glenn was to call me , he didn't. Understandable. Probably busy. But flaked nonetheless.

Really hate writing this, Reached out over 12 times over the last 8 months trying to rectify a mistake that Glenn made ultimately costing me over 5 thousand dollars and dozens of hours. He doesn't seem to care about the customers just the dollar. I get it, if i was in this industry id probably be just the same with upset people calling for me to solve their issues like that. But after this last issue I cant ignore the careless mistakes hes made in my filings along with the neglect or care to rectify them. Then last years filing was dropped off months in advance of the day in a form of a USB. He requested, Before his drive "upgrade" To my surprise nothing done till final week of April. Then the question he asked was "You gave me the USB at our last meeting?!" I don't have it. Conveniently came to him it was in his drawer the next time we spoke after the extension. From 2022 filing till today ive tried to get a hold of him and rectify a situation where he forgot to sign before sending in a previous year tax statement. He was paid and just didn't care after about any concerns. Good job. So to anyone wanting to work with him from a referral or because you heard hes good. Well here is the facts. Gatekeeping with his assistants without ever calling people back when hes caused an issue Absent minded Slow Expensive I really tried to use every single bit of give a heck i had because he was friendly at first. But now its just ignorant and rude. This is my final word on the matter but if you want to save some money do business elsewhere.

This is the first year I worked with Glenn and could not be more pleased. Since it was a new relationship I ran the numbers through Turbo Tax just as a point of comparison without filing. Glenn's return was 7 times what I was able to do on my own. Awesome work and also extremely affordable. A++ will definitely be back next year.
