Wish l could give it zero stars. The worst customers service ever. Jessica is the worst, she needs training again to deal with customers. If all their locations have people like her working there, they will be out of business soon. Sent me to collection for a car l had sold over two years ago. After months of dealing with them l finally got the ultimate proof from DMV that showed the current owner. I mailed it to both them and the collection company whom they sent me to. Both she and the collection company told me that once l can provide proof from the DMV, they will remove me from their collection list. At the time of this writing, it's been over a month since l sent them the proof. I just now called her and she was rude and took no action thus far to call or inform the collection company that l had provided her proof from the DMV. She told me, "yeah it looks like everything you sent is legitimate, l am waiting for the collection company to come pick up the paperwork ". She sounded so disappointed that l had actual proof and that l was telling the truth this whole time. According to her, I'm still in collections, since she hadn't sent the collection company this proof. I'm going to call the BBB, State of California and any other entity regarding this fraudulent practice that this company and Jessica is conducting inorder to pressure innocent people to pay out thousands of dollars to clear their name.

Absolutely fantastic people. My car got stolen and was recovered by CHP and towed here. The car was to be expected, but the people here were beyond helpful to get the car on the trailer to take it back home. Shout out to the dispatcher woman! She's the best! Made the best out of a crummy situation. I understand nobody wants to pay hundreds of dollars to get their car back, but it's the business.
