Dont waste your time here. Extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Started tax filing then would not respond for weeks after sending 5+ emails for Robert to tell me at the end he is busy with another project and can not assist.

We recently learned in March that our Tax Accountant had Retired. We were so used to being with Randy. Randy and his co-workers would send us the necessary documents to bring to their office by end of January, set an appointment to go over the details, plan for next season, and be done with tax submission. Now that Randy has retired, we are late with our tax documents. We trusted Randy and his office. Now we are way late with our tax submission. Im wondering if we can stay the same company as before? We believe their office was an asset to filing and tax planning.
