Lorena Lee Acupuncture

Dr. Lee has cared for my husband and I on and off for the last few years. Her knowledge of the body and passion to help is deeply experienced each visit. She helped me with pain management for arthritis while waiting for a hip replacement that I wasn't getting from traditional pain medicine injections. She also teaches us how to position and move our bodies in simple ways to support getting better. My husband has so much tension in his back and knees that she always found the spots to needle for relief. She truly is a part of an ongoing wellness way of life to move and feel better!

Dr. Lee gave me hope and relief after physical therapy made me worse and the orthopedic surgeon dismissed me saying 'nothing can be done, I have it too' when I sought help for severe tendinosis of the supraspinatus tendon in my shoulder. I attribute my relief to Dr. Lee's astute listening skills, assessment techniques and her individualized wholistic approach to the patient. "I know your body", she says as she finds points that provide amazing pain relief, stress relief and comfort. Dr. Lee has been treating my whole family for several years and she knows just what to do for the 8-month old or the 68-year old. The studio is such a healing environment for all of the senses. Angel manages the office with skill, compassion and warmth. My friends who visit San Diego want to visit Lorena and Angel! It is a pleasure to share them with everyone I know.

Dr. Lee is a master at relieving pain, ailments or in my case, lowering high blood pressure to normal levels. My GP wanted to put me on high blood pressure medicine so I turned to Eastern medicine and couldn't be happier. My BP now 121 over 83. Great for someone with hypertension for years. A steady regimen of exercise and acupuncture did it in just over a month. I highly highly recommend Dr. Lee, She is truly amazing!!!

Our president Jonathan went for an appointment with Dr. Lee at a time when he was under a lot of stress. When he left, he was feeling stress free and with great positive energy. Dr. Lee has a wonderful relaxed yet professional manner and her care is first-rate!
