Scan and drive not available as advertised. Directions in their email instructions said proceed directly to the 3rd level where there was no one present. A rude lady drove by and said go to the 1st level to the desk. Once at the desk, I got the oh well treatment when I wasnt pleased that Sixt was wasting my time hunting for my keys. I couldve saved time by just going to the desk in the first place. Dont offer a product that you dont intend on delivering on.

wasnt refunded my money because of how strict they are with age requirements on their website, but they let me pay for a reservation so casually, I didnt run into any trouble at all booking, so, not so strict when you ask me. Anyways, they cancelled my reservation since there is nothing they can do about it so im expecting a full refund since its not my fault that I booked it with no problems at all. But no, didnt get a refund at all, pretty ridiculous, not even a credit that I can use when im a bit older Update: The case was ongoing and at the end didnt get a refund. Thanks for robbing me $130 bucks

Great process at check inn fast, great vehicle, great rates, all excellent, highly recommend SIXT, I rented true Expedia, I got a great deal for a GREAST car!
