My family and I have worked with John for almost 20 years. He and his team are undoubtedly professional, accurate, detail-oriented and genuine.  I also appreciate the advance technologies his firm offers (secure file upload portal, DocuSign, responsive email communications, monthly e-newsletters).  He also is a warm, caring person as I used to schedule physical meetings with John to go over tax filing questions, assessments and review.  I would recommend anyone to work with John as their accountant/tax preparer.  You'll appreciate the expertise!

John has been my CPA for many years...one of a handful of professionals who I consider a sort of right-hand-man in my life.  At tax time and in-between, he promptly, thoroughly, and clearly answers any tax-related question I have, listening intently, getting inside my head, and addressing my exact concern without bringing up any superfluous info that might add confusion.  He has an uncanny memory for tax information and whatever tax situation I am barraging him with questions about at the time.  He is upfront and reliable.  I'm so glad I was referred to him as a match for my picky, compulsive tendencies.  He's the CPA for me for sure.

John has been doing my taxes for more than 2 decades, and I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff.  They are honest, responsible, and exceptionally competent.  I trust them completely.  I am terrible about doing my taxes, almost phobic about it.  Plus I seem to have things happen right around tax time that complicate my issues.  They are patient, helpful, supportive, and 100% professional with me, no matter what happens, and somehow they manage to help me to get everything completed without me having a breakdown.I'm 75, and I've had many different CPAs throughout my life, but he and his staff are definitely the best of them all!

I cannot say enough good things about John Arnold and his staff.  Since I began using this office I have found them to be professional, honest, timely, polite, transparent with pricing, and they have provided nothing short of fantastic customer service.  I have and will continue to recommend John Arnold and his staff to my friends and family.
