I Came Here To Drop Off My Friends Some Tamales. I Spoke To This Frank Person Who Made Me Feel Like I Was A Stranger, Trying To Deliver Something Bad. He Gave Me The Third Degree. I Said Look Pal This Door Person Knows Me And I Have Been Here Several Times. Oh Yeah She Looked @ Him And Shook Her Head Yes And He Said I Don't Care! He Called My Friend And Said I Have This Strange Person Here! I Felt Very Hurt And Left. I Can't Believe They Let These Door Guy's Treat You This Way.

I own a condo here which I bought in 1987. The grounds are gorgeous and amenities well maintained. The social room is huge and the work out equipment sufficient. Staff is professional and the condo fee is reasonable. The Board of Directors is consistently hard working and fair. Only garden style four story complex I know of in the Marina District or in downtown. All updated and kept in good shape. It is as quiet and as safe as you will get downtown. Convenient walk distance to ALL. To Kevin Carter commenter: um, MP Condos are not NEXT to the federal correctional facility. That facility is ACROSS the street and houses white collar criminals, not Ted Bundy types, in a non descript building. Across the street from THAT is the architecturally authentic oldest courthouse in California which is beautiful. This is a major city and this is urban life. The train station is a short walk away and you can take a trolley to most places. I wouldnt live anywhere else. (I have the time to hunt trolls now when I see them yelping and I now comment back when their dumb comments influence others incorrectly.)
