I've had an amazing experience working at ColRich. From day one, I've been amazed by the emphasis on personal growth and development. The work-life balance here is remarkable- ColRich understands the importance for personal time and its contributed to my overall happiness and productivity. The leadership here is very inspirational, outstanding, approachable and supportive. Communication is transparent and they genuinely listen to feedback, making everytone feel heard and valued. I feel fortunate to be part of such an amazing team and would highly recommend this company seeking a supportive and rewarding workplace.

ColRich no longer sell homes. ColRich now builds new apartment projects and purchases existing projects throughout the Western United States and keeps them long term. ColRich has an incredible CEO that truly cares about each individual property as well as the people working at and managing each property. I've never worked for a company where I've seen a CEO more involved and truly care. It is clear this is a family-owned company and the CEO cares about each property as if it was his own. I have been an employee of ColRich for several years now and truly have only great things to say about working here. If you are a hard worker and give to this company, it will give to you. It's not a job for the "lazy" but truly rewarding if you invest time in your job. Work hard to play hard! Great company culture as well!
