I was very satisfied, actually thrilled with Ms Irmer and Kim and their handling of my issue with the BRN. If I say she saved my life I am not exaggerating. I recommend her to anyone who is out there going through things with the board and in need of help. No amount of money is worth losing your license. Retain Ms Irmer, then go home and wait.
