I could not have been happier working with Berman and Riedel to resolve my case! They were extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, they had great communication. As with any legal proceeding, there is a lot of downtime during the transition periods, but I never once felt like I was out of the loop or didn't know the current status of my case, regardless of how much time had passed. They could always be reached if I had any questions, and the unsolicited updates were always a welcome surprise. While I hope I never need to hire any law firm in the future, if I do, I know who I will call first.

I knew I had to make a phone call to an attorney asking for help, but I dreaded it because quite honestly I was intimidated. I spoke with Harlan Zaback who handled my case against a memory care facility that was neglecting my mom. It was emotional for me to rehash the sequence of events that led me to them. My lawsuit had a LOT of emotions tied to it. I filed a wrongful death suit that involved my father. It was a 2 year process that was very painful because the discovery period and the depositions required that I re-live a very sad time for me. Zack and Bill were with me every step of the way and explained the entire process clearly and in "laymen's" terms. A lot of tears were shed but they were sympathetic and diligent about building my Dad's case. They allowed me to express my emotions which ranged from anger, to frustration, to finally a sense of relief when it was all over. In the end we settled the case and I felt justified, validated, and heard. I can never thank them enough for helping me to close this chapter in my life and to help me move forward.
