Had the crispy chicken sandwich. It was very crispy , hot, and a nice size of chicken.

what can I say.... it's a McDonald's like any other McDonald's.... Staff is pretty friendly overall, even if sometimes they seem overwhelmed. The dining room is clean. On the weekends waiting line can be long at the drive through. The dining room closed pretty late in the evening and re-opens early in the morning. Inside the restaurant, there's possibility to order at the cashier or using their self-service touch-screen kiosk During the day, if you place an online order you can either pick-up your food at the counter, or via the drive-through or it can be delivered directly to your car on the parking lot (at specific parking spots) The drive-through is open 24/7! McDonalds is a company that provides very good quality food, the environment is very pleasant, very clean. The promotions are not all the same, they vary from one to another and many have 24-hour service. It is important to consider the Spanish-speaking population and bilingual staff is important.

Even though it's around one of the most busiest places downtown, it continues to strive on providing fast service as well as a friendly atmosphere to people who need it the most.
