Arthur is a no non sense kinda guy. I felt like I was talking to my uncle lol. Hes going to give it to you straight and not beat around the bush. If your case is Fd then he will tell you straight up unlike these other guys who jerk you around. I appreciate his candor and straight forward attitude. Hard to find these days.

Attorney Arthur Sloane represented me at trial. He brought out excellent points in his cross examination and I won my case. When the judge was deliberating in silence, the clerk even said, "well your honor", because of the points that Attorney Arthur Sloane made. Assertive! Creative! Perseverant! Aggressive and professional! Arthur Sloane is not just good, he is the best lawyer in San Diego. In the court you would like to see him on your side, not your opponents. If you need to pour out your soul, chat (at your expense), listen optimistic words of encouragement (at your expense), then find someone else. Be prepared for the first meeting: write down the dates, facts, etc. try not to miss anything and be clear. He is a serious lawyer and his approach is serious too. But Behind the mask of a tough, unprincipled lawyer, there is a very sensitive and kind person who is ready to defend your interests as if they were his own.
