        To the management of travelodge Your location is very convenient for everything but as a traveler i need a place to stay.. not to offend in your part but a honesty speaking your service need to improve more. 1.. cleaning service should be more active or always ready 2. Microwave is not working well 3. No breakfast offered 4. No elevator [ hard to carry luggage going up] 5..room was not clean up when i get back..i need to call .to ask the towel and everthing 6. @ night some of the occupants are distructive. They are fighting 7.first floor is not safe to stay at overnight 8.front desk is not friendly 9.bath tub is slipper 10.wifi is very slow 11.window is not safe 12 room was not clean properly because i found emplty bottle under the bed [core hydration bottle] .hope this concern will be follow up

        Terrible motel. Looks run down and dilapidated from the outside. Peeling paint and rusty railings were all over the outside of the property. Inside wasnt much better. Lobby was minimal with no seating to wait for the attendant. Charged a $200 dollar deposit upon check in for a room that was $100 a night. This was easily double the amount for a motel room deposit. Ive stayed at motels all over SD and LA and $100 deposit is pretty standard. I dont know what the extra $100 was for tho - it couldnt have been for the rooms Rooms were pretty bad. Very dated appliances. Holes in the walls, bad patching work, needs painting and newer appliances and fixtures. Rust stains on the tub and sink. Pool was filled in with concrete and topped with a thin layer of turf for pets to relieve themselves. Brought my son here to go to SeaWorld. Felt very unsafe for children. If it was any worse we wouldnt have stayed, but I couldnt get a refund on the room, and it was only for one night so we toughed it out. They should condemn this place.

We understand that California can be pricey, however, we are in line with the price point with hotels of the same caliber as ours they range from $107 - $120 and the other Wyndham property near us was $116. and we are listed at $118. We did answer this on the other platform, so without divulging you personal info. we are satisfied with what we did to ensure that you had a great stay, such as moving you, for free, to and upgraded suite after you were not happy with the smell of a room, (we had 3 employees check it out and it seemed fine, but we moved you anyway and we did this to ensure that you had a great stay with us. We asked you to check the room and you were happy.) Then after occupying a completely fine room, there seemed to be an issue, so we moved you again and you said that you were absolutely fine and happy with the resolution. however it seems you werent. We are very sorry and we wish you the best in your future travels finding a hotel that better suits your needs. Thank you.

      Thank you for your feedback, We are very sorry but you obvisously did not understand that what you booked, was a limited service, affordable, budget hotel and for our price range, we do not have the Housekeeping staff "available and on the ready" We also do not offer breakfast and to be even more clear, our hotel is comfortable and safe and we have regular inspections not only by our "Travelodge brand" but also the city, to ensure that it is inhabitable and safe. Our Windows, Tub and Wifi are all fine. If at any hotel there are other guests that are not being conscientious of other guests, we are happy to ask them to keep it down and be respectful. Bottom line, it seems that you were looking for a "Full Service Hotel" with concierge and room service and that is not the Travelodge brand. Our rooms are clean and comfortable and our price range is $90-$140 and what you are looking for is about $200-$300 a night. Unfortunately we might not be the hotel that you are needing. We will follow up and check out the room that you stayed in to ensure that it is safe and comfortable for the next guest. Thank you for your concerns and we wish you the best in your future travels.
