The rooms were comfortable. Loved rhe location because it was near where we were visiting.

I was hesitant to book this hotel due to mixed reviews, but it absolutely met my expectations. The room was simple, but nice and clean. It contained a hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge (a lot of hotel rooms don't provide ALL of those these days). The bed and pillows were comfy, soft, and plenty warm. The shower had Dove products in it, which I liked, and the water got hot enough for me. Also, the location is very central and convenient to a lot of attractions, beaches, and bar hopping areas. Now for some of the things that may be cons: lots of parking spaces were blocked off by yellow tape (I almost thought I wouldn't be able to find parking late at night because some cars parked over the line and available spaces were very limited), the water pressure in the shower could be heavier, I tried to make a cup of tea in the morning but the water came out tinged from coffee remnants so I wish it'd been cleaned better or had a cycle of water run through it before (I didn't have enough bottled water left to try multiple times), and finally, this is a popular spot for spring breakers / vacationers so you will hear people coming back to their rooms very late from a fun night out as well as airplane noise overhead. All in all, I had a good stay and would come again if I were in the area.

My bed had urine stains, walks were filthy, there was possibly blood on the mattress, bed looked like dogs had been in a fight. I notified the attendant and he asked for pictures. He gave me free parking after seeing the pictures of the disgusting mattress. I actually feel we deserve a full refund for that room. We didn't shower because we were so disgusted with room. It smelled like mold. So many homeless and the elevator was filthy, wires hanging out of the call box. The cleaning ladies had "clean" sheets that were either falling off and or dragging on the dirty ground while prepping to clean rooms. Just an absolute horrible experience. I will never go back to. Wyndham. I will take this to corporate Rooms: Absolutely disgusting. Filthy walls, curtains, bedding. Safety: Homeless people walking all around the hotel, lots of noise. Did not feel safe at all. Noteworthy details: Absolutely disgusting. Maids had clean blankets dragging from the carts they were touching the dirty ground. Checkout wasn't until noon they were knocking at 800am.
