Ahern Insurance Brokerage

I have worked with Ahern Insurance since 2012, when I opened my law practice and they placed my first lawyer's professional liability policy.  I was completely new to having my own LPL insurance, but Kevin took the time to explain the various options and features for me, and I was hooked up with a great policy from a highly reputable carrier.  Since then, through a number of challenges over the last eight years including changing coverages and endorsements, Ahern Insurance has been a great partner in my insurance needs.  I now exclusively work with Ahern Insurance for all of my insurance needs, including LPL, CGL (including workers comp and umbrella), etc. for multiple businesses.  Kevin, Summer, Jo Alan, Phaedra, and the whole crew are my platonic ideal collaborators on my insurance needs.  They don't even get angry when I delay in providing renewal documents...they understand the challenges of being a small business owner.  My favorite service is that I can just forward them an email from a vendor with the requested coverages, and Ahern just adjusts my coverages to match the vendor's requirements and promptly sends me a certificate...this is concierge-level service.  Completely satisfied here and I look forward to many more years of working with Ahern.

Gabriel Yu reached out personally to explain how insurance premiums work, how they change, and what things to watch out for. As an attorney, a relationship based on trust is very important to me. Mr. Yu has already given me a good impression of Ahern and I am very grateful to him for his courtesy.
