Farmers Insurance - Carlos Kremer

Becareful getting insurance with Farmers Insurance. They will lie about coverages. Their adjuster lied over again to me until I told her used to work for Farmers for 12.5 years and asjed her to support the decline with the policy langauge. She all of a sudden decided to cover the claim.I canceled my auto policies and told them I wasnt going to renew home owners policy. Policy expired and my new policy was inforced. Farmers sent me a renewal when I was out of town. Then billed my credit card without checking with me. I advised them i was not going to renew and the reversed the charges on my card. Issued resolved right? Nope today I get a collections notice that they are sending me to collections for some of the insurance cost when the renewed my policy after I clearly informed them I had no intention on renewing with them.If my credit gets affected I will take this agency and farmers to small claims court. I will make it as costly for them as possible.Farmers can go kick rocks

Becareful with using their insurance. If you have a claim their adjuster's will try to lie to you about how the policy reads. How do I know? I worked for Farmers for 12.5 years. I had 1 claim and the adjuster lied to me the entire time about the policy. Until i told her I have read the policy thousands of times as I used to determine coverage for them. Then all of sudden they paid out. I told the agents at Carlos Office that I would not renew my policies and canceled my auto as soon as I could. Home owners I told them I would let the policy expire but was not going to renew. When rwnewal came up the billed my credit card without my consent and i emailed them to tell them to reverse the charges. Which they did. But now they are sending me to collections for insurance I did not want. Becareful if you use this company and this agency.

Carlos from Kremers insurance I was in a nervous bind today and remembered Jenn helped me with a payment that needed my mortgage lenders attention.  I am a new home owner and new to the taxes and supplemental taxes.  I looked at my paperwork from my tax guy and freaked out.  Stressed I called Jenn and asked her who she spoke to from my lender for the adding of my home insurance and added info for solar?  She found the number and is always above and beyond with the help I needed.  Kremer insurance no matter what it is has saved my mind in understanding the ins and out of my car, home, earthquake insurance and owning my new home. Jenn, you are a super star and Carlos thank you for the best service and the above and beyond service you give to me and my family who also has insurance with you.  I can rest easy now knowing all the above is taken care of.  I love you Kremer Insurance!  I highly recommend Kremer Insurance. Do it!
