I went in for a facial to help some acne Im struggling with only to leave with half my face burnt off because one of the girlies didnt ask if I had anything on my face before the process. I took a week off of work caused by the miserable pain and my un-presentable face they left me with (literally scared for days if its going to scare or permanently damage me however natural remedys where my saving grace). They wont refund me and wont refund anything for you if anything goes wrong!! So awesome 10/10 I feel very wronged and this business is twisted

Terrible experience. This location is not even my regular location, but they called me out of the blue earlier this week to set up an appointment. Then comes the day of the appointment. I texted the automated texts to cancel/stop so I didnt receive them anymore and they took that as I was canceling my appointment. I drive 30 minutes to the appointment and sit in the waiting room for 10 and they tell me my appointment is cancelled. No calls to confirm, no text because I STOPED them and no effect to reschedule it or resolve the issue. I will never ever go back here and I am now cancelling my envy membership because of this terrible waste of time.

I purchased a membership based solely on the fact I could transfer massages to my Son in Los Angeles. I had no idea this was an impossible feat. Not only is it at the discretion of the privately owned Massage Envy to accept or not accept the transfer, but even if they do the originating Massage envy ie: East Village is so inept that they are unable to complete the transaction. Keep your money and buy a heating pad and a professional tapper.
